Genuine Honda VTC oil control valve (#7 in diagram). Fits the 2002 to 2004 CR-V, 02-04 Acura RSX and the 2002 to 2005 Civic Si models. This valve is located in the timing cover.The variable valve timing control (VTC) system controls the phase of the intake camshaft. It uses oil pressure to operate the VTC actuator so the valve timing is optimized depending on driving conditions.
