Description
Our Honda K20 K24 M-series M12 Extreme Power head studs are made from the Highest-Grade Super Alloy that have gone through rigorous heat treatment and testing. With a minimum tensile strength of 260kpsi, these are not prone to hydrogen embrittlement like the L19/H11 material and can be handled without worrying about failures. We use a True-beam design all the way through the length of the stud resulting in better clamping force and torque values (it’s not necked-down or undercut like others). “Only settle for the Best!”
The kit includes: Studs, nuts, washers, lube, and instructions.
– Engine block must be re-threaded to accept the larger M12 stud using our custom M11 to M12 transition tap kit (sold separately).
– No modification is necessary with the K-series cylinder head (use with stock OEM dowel pins).
