Pyranha was brought into our area by the farriers who wanted fly control so good that horses would be able to stand still, literally from head to tail, while being shod. If you’ve ever had a horse smack you in the face with his tail, instead of swishing off the fly beside you, then you know that is no laughing matter. Especially if you didn’t blink fast enough. Then it’s more of a crying matter. This was the only fly spray that worked well enough for those poor farriers to keep the tears from their eyes while trimming the hind feet.
