The Wound Cube™ Gen2 is where that training starts — a compact, durable, non-toxic silicone training simulator with five realistic wound models and see-through technology that teaches students exactly what’s happening inside a wound before they ever touch a real one.
Used by military, law enforcement, and emergency medical instructors across TCCC, TECC, TEMS, PHTLS, and Stop the Bleed programs. The Gen2 is the entry point into the Wound Cube ecosystem — and the foundation for every advanced trainer.
WHY IT WORKS
• See-through technology accelerates learning. The Gen2’s semi-transparent design lets students see what’s happening inside the wound — where the gauze is going, how the cavity fills, whether the packing is deliberate or sloppy. That visual feedback shortens the learning curve dramatically and builds correct technique before advancing to opaque, higher-stress scenarios.
• Five wound types. One platform. Flat, Large, and XL gunshot wounds plus two large lacerations cover the full range of common hemorrhage patterns. Students practice different packing techniques, pressure applications, and gauze placements without switching equipment.
• Built for repetition. Training value comes from volume. The Gen2 is engineered to handle repeated use across full training rotations without degrading. Non-toxic silicone, simple cleanup, durable construction — it’s a platform that keeps working as long as you keep training.

• Medium Skin Tone: Eliminates visual cues and forces reliance on tactile assessment. Students must identify bleeding sources, wound depth, and packing needs by feel alone — replicating real-world conditions and reinforcing the muscle memory that saves lives when vision is compromised.
