The gap between static wound packing practice and real hemorrhage response is active bleeding. The Wound Cube+™ closes that gap. Building on the Gen2’s proven five-wound platform, the Plus adds two bleed-capable wounds with a modular connection channel — so students can practice on a static trainer one moment and respond to active fluid flow the next, all on the same device.
The result: instructors can run a progressive curriculum from foundational technique to scenario-based stress inoculation without swapping equipment. One simulator. Two levels of realism—purpose-built for programs that demand both.
WHY IT’S THE STEP UP FROM GEN2
• Two bleed-capable wounds change everything. Static wound packing teaches the mechanics. Active bleeding teaches the response. When fluid is circulating through a wound, students must pack with purpose and hold with intention — because the feedback is immediate. Sloppy technique shows.
• Modular connection channel for flexible setup. The Plus’s connection design allows it to operate standalone or in combination with the Advanced Blood Pumping System for fully pressurized scenarios. Instructors control the difficulty. Students get the repetitions they need at the level they’re ready for.
• Same compact form factor. More training scenarios. At 4″ × 4″ × 4″, the Plus fits on any desk, any table, any training surface. The added bleed capability doesn’t add bulk — just options.

• Semi-Transparent: Reveals internal structures — bleeding pathways, wound cavity depth, and tissue layers. Ideal for foundational instruction where students need to understand the origin of hemorrhage and the anatomy of deliberate wound packing before advancing to higher-stress scenarios.
• Medium Skin Tone: Eliminates visual cues and forces reliance on tactile assessment. Students must identify bleeding sources, wound depth, and packing needs by feel alone — replicating real-world conditions and reinforcing the muscle memory that saves lives when vision is compromised.
